Like other reviewers have mentioned, the best way to get pricing is to call them. They can give you a price both with and without road hazard (which includes balancing.) The only other suggestion that I can give you is to call and get prices from other tire companies, and Discount Tire will match the base cost (not including mounting, balancing and tire disposal fees.) One of the reasons we stick with Discount Tire is because their road hazard is honored at any of their locations, and they have quite a few in Dallas.
This is where customers review companies and share their insights. The companies themselves do not generally answer questions posted here (or even know that a question was asked). So, if you want to know the cost for new tires, you will need to go to the their website and check, or contact them directly. However, based on my experience, the balancing/alignment is generally included with the tires. They will also rotate your tires and repair flats for free (if the tire can be repaired), for the life of the tire, if purchased from Discount Tire. In fact, we replaced all 4 tires on our car recently, but we didn't get the tires insured and, a few weeks later, our daughter hit a curb and destroyed one of the brand new tires. So, even though we should have had to buy another new tire, they generously let us back-date and pay for the insurance. So, the cost of insuring all 4 tires and the deductible for replacing one of them still cost us less money. I highly recommend them.
You will need to call and ask them or look on the website maybe, but you can probably expect about 400$
Balancing must be done. It is included in the cost of the road hazard warranty and covers balancing and rotation for the life of the tires. The cost of this is listed separately from the cost of the tires but is not optional. It its around 10 per tire, no matter the cost or brand of tire. Discount does not do alignments but it should at least be checked whenever you get new tires. By the time you need to replace tires your car usually also needs an alignment. If you ask them to recommend somewhere to get an alignment they usually have a shop near by to send you to along with a coupon to get your car aligned for about $50-$60 dollars. Also, if you are only replacing 2 tires the new tires should be put on the back. This is true even if you have front wheel drive. It is just safer. If you happen to skid out or hydroplane having the better tread on the rear will give you better traction to help steer out of it. Discount will rotate the new tires to the rear free of cost.
