It won't hurt to call and ask. My group got takeout twice this year and everything was perfect. They have the BEST PRIME RIB.
They have wonderful food and service! I would reccomend it to everyone. I made a reservation for 7 for 4:30 on a Tuesday. Don't know about other days or times. .

Considering the quality of the food and service it has a large following. I don't know if you can make a reservation at any bar. You might call and ask them.
We usually try to make reservations during early bird hours! So great! Wish I was eating there tonight.
Reservations are always a good idea. Joe's has an excellent happy hour & is a locals favorite.
