Yes, it has a huge fireplace and is usually comfortable. The porch is aways open as well.
They also put up plastic and have heaters in the ceiling to keep it warm in cold weather

Yup! The only time I've ever gone that it wasn't open was when it was too cold and they had some frozen pipes out there.
