Is this hotel the same Pelican Inn that is haunted by the Gray Man? I have a guy who worked security there and he claims to have encountered the demonic entity.

This is the Pelican Motel in Cherry Grove, SC. There is a Pelican Inn in Pswleys Island that some say is haunted. Maybe that's the one you're thinking about.
