Hi Renee, We do not have handicap rooms.
Elevators to each floor. Bottom floor has ramp to pool & hot tub area. Each pool has lift to get in & out without using stairs.

You must request in advance. The rooms on the 3rd floor do not have a step. They will place a handicap seat on the commode and a temporary bar at the tub. We have used their handicap rooms with success. The parking was limited in prime season.
Yes. They even offer beach wheel chairs & lifts to get into pools
