Says they close at 4 but stop taking new people at 1 , is this for the side u get a title and vehicle registered? I work during the day and dont want to missmore hours then needed can't find anywhere I can do this online

Yes I too concur you have to get there by 1 & expect a wait time in line to get a ticket to wait in your car for 2 hours in order to get a ticket to wait in your car for another 2 hours before they text you to go inside & wait to be seen by a clerk

Yes, they stop issuing spot number tickets at 1, because the wait is about 3 hours from when you pull your ticket until you get served.
