I agree with Tani. The staff can be very helpful if you give them a little time to plan for your group. And they are especially busy between noon and 3 pm on Sundays.
I'd be cautious what day of the week you choose, and how many people are in your group if you are going to try to celebrate here. There is no separate space for large parties, and the weekends seem to be when the seniors gather so it gets really busy. If you are going to have a group thing i would definitely call ahead so the manager can be prepared with open tables that are together & extra staff if needed.
