The seafood at the Dutch Goose is very well prepared, not anything like a coastal city would have, but if i had to pick a place in Nampa, that would be my choice.

This is idaho... for "top rate" fish I'd suggest something by the coast.. you'll only find sub par frozen reheated fish here...
Boise would be where to go. I personally like Sakana for my sushi. But, Nampa doesn't have anywhere impressive in my opinion.
