It is illegal to return liquor. That includes wine and beer. I believe if you look at the ATF, there are sections that explains this. I also had taste issues, my employer wasn't happy spending $37.00 for a bottle he said tasted like bath water.

Well the one in tehachapi wouldn't take it back. How are you supposed to know what it tastes like. So I got stuck with it. Had the receipt.
