A lot of markets have stopped using paper advertisement. Because they're getting cheap haha. Now you have to go online to receive discount coupons. Which means you need to download store app. Like Walmart has their own website. Technology is taking over. Good luck. I know where California City is. I'm originally from Palmdale. Now living in Northern California. I wonder if California City will ever create that Utopia :-)
