file a complain with your bank, Better business bureau, Federal trade commission and the Ohio attorney generals office. these guys apparently have no intention of running an honest business
I am having the same problem! Been waiting 3 months and they keep telling me it is on it's way. Now they aren't answering their phone and they are not returning my messages. 7/15/2020
