I waited over two months for a part that never arrived. When I inquired many days later I got an email saying it was on back order for 15 days. 15 days later I got an email saying it would ship in 5 days. 9 days later I emailed asking where it was and got another email it was out of stock. Clearly and incompetent company that does not communicate internally. Avoid at all costs.

Buyer Beware! This place is just short of a scam. I ordered a part on 8/7/22 and paid for it. They printed a label on 8/11 but that was almost a month ago and they have never mailed the part. Every time I contact them (by chat) they refer me to the USPS tracking website that shows that they printed a label, and they tell me that the USPS is terribly slow and that they are not scanning packages, so there tracking website might not be accurate. Last night they told me that it could take 14-21 days to get a package across the country ... so I replied and pointed out that I live 37 miles from their business. They promised me a return phone call, which has never come and they do not answer when I try to call them. Do yourself a favor and find your part somewhere else. By the way, their BBB rating is an 'F', and I am guessing that is the lowest score possible...

UPDATE: FEDEX WAS TO BLAME. Our FedEx driver is the worst!!! He/she never brings anything to house, always leaves packages "somewhere near" the mailbox. It is a large stone mailbox and the package was found a month later, wedged in the foliage beside the mailbox. I'm only giving 4 stars, because even though the part was delivered, the companies customer service was poor. Original Post: I ordered a part and paid shipping, it never arrived. My credit card was charged. The tracking number showed "delivered" even though it wasn't. The customer service department took no responsibility for it and wanted me to track it down myself even though the FedEx representative told me that the shipper would have to initiate the Spent forever waiting for chat representative, who was NO HELP either. Such a run around for a small amount of money. I would never use this company again! SCAMMERS! AT LEAST THEY ARE CONSISTENT, ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS.

file a complain with your bank, Better business bureau, Federal trade commission and the Ohio attorney generals office. these guys apparently have no intention of running an honest business
