Can Kohl's cash be redeemed past due date?

Once expired they will honor it but no more than a few days not a week though.

I just had $110 in Kohl's Cash expire. It was 1 week expired. I am a Kohl's Credit card holder and I had to plead pretty hard for them to honor it. They did warn me in the future that they would not be able to help. They told me I had to shop online to be reimbursed. I paid with my kohls card and within 7 days they refunded my account the $110.00

They used to do it all the time. Then a year or two ago they said they cannot anymore. Although I'm pretty sure a customer service rep. Said they could honor it now but only a little past due? I'm sorry I'm not much of a help.
