Absolutely amazing business. The employees are the BEST OF THE BEST! Very helpful, informative. Redoing an entire home with my son. The costs are LESS THAN HOME DEPOT. Love the fact you can get 16' boards and reasonable delivery cost. You will get a bunch of ideas just walking around their Showroom 5- STARS.

Over a year later and they still cannot deliver basic door hardware for my home. The owner actually lashed out on me saying he was doing me a favor for answering my calls. Never heard a company ever say that to an end user customer instead of apologizing! He doesn’t care that it’s your problem and doesn’t care it’s your inconvenience. No business should take a year to deliver door hardware and screw up your order multiple times along the way and yell at you through the phone like you’re the problem! Insanity.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helped us find exactly what we needed to complete our baseboards and window trim. Thank you for all the help Zach!

I ordered prehung doors for our entire house, Reeb brand. One of the bifolds came cracked and warped- I've been calling for 3 weeks to get this replaced and keep being told someone will call me back. I've sent pics at their request, call every week, just to keep being told someone will get back to me. I've explained I was on a timeline with my painters, well they have already came and painted every door except the one I STILL haven't heard back about. In addition to that, every door, and I mean every single one, had the worst hinge mortise I and my contractor have ever seen. Some of them were not mortised at all. None of them closed. We originally went with pre-hung to avoid the hassle of having to jig out every hinge to match a door; my contractor ended up having to hand chisel every hinge, move every stop and shave most of the sides. It cost me money on both ends. Both myself and my contractor called to let Quaker know of the problem. He was told to "take it up with Reeb" and I was told, "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that, we only sell them." Bottom line, Quaker will not have your back when it comes to these low-quality doors and so far is proving to have zero customer service on doors that arrived damaged. Stay away from Quaker and Reeb. There are better places to spend your money, especially during a time when prices are through the roof.
