I called the park... dogs are welcome (if leashed), on the North Rim or South Rim trail but NOT ALLOWED on the Gorge Trail. We think that our group will split in half, some beginning on the Gorge Trail and those with the dogs, beginning on the North trail. We can then exchange the animals once we get to Mile point Bridge and switch trails with the dogs walking “back” the same North Rim trail. We only cut off 1/2 mile to the end (and Jacob’s Ladder), which lead to a different parking lot which would require a shuttle anyway.

Must have been an emotional support animal.....aren't all pets emotional support animals?

Signs say no pets except on Indian trail I think.

Unless they are registered service animals, no they are not allowed. But yes, people ignore the rule.

Believe some trails are posted No Pets , but people ignored the signs.
