Missouri is 18. Grandview however is 21. It's the only city I am aware of that is. If you're old enough to go to foreign countries and kill people, but are still 18, you'll have to go to Kansas City or Lee's Summit to buy vape gear.
Hello Dayana at this location you have to be 21 and over to buy a Vape. we have a location in Shawnee KS that caters to 18 and older as well.
