We recently had a medium burger at The River and it was warm, moist, and delicious. We usually eat our steaks rare. Just thought I'd share my experience. 😃
Yes, we sure would but for dine-in only. Our Chef has decided not to temp burgers for take-out. We do all take-out to Medium Well. Thank you.
Yes, the chef will prepare to your liking. However, keep in mind that certain dishes are best made to chef's preferences, but with the experience in this kitchen, you will not be disappointed
