Technically you don't need to give your cat a bath as they usually do a pretty good job of it themselves. Also, most cats despise water so you're only giving them undue stress by bathing them. However, if fleas are out of control or the cat got into something they shouldn't ingest by licking their fur, it might be a wise move. Keep mattes under control by regularly brushing your cat too. Kara's Paw Purrfect in Mattydale might be worth a call for grooming kitty.
