I brought my car to them to see about the thumping in the front brakes, not one of them knew what was wrong, just told me to replace breaks and rotors, which had just been done

they're the ones who did the rotors and brakes, plus the mechanics also took it for a drive and heard the thumping in the front right side when brakes were applied, and all i get is, " umm, probably need rotors and pads". Believe me, the rotors and pads are fine🤦

What I normally do is record the sound on my phone so they can hear what is going on.

Newer brakes especially the higher grade ceramic will make noise until broken in.
