I've had a lot of problems with them as well, they've left three dumpsters on three of my properties for over 2 years and have never come got them even though we haven't had service for that long.
Been trying to call them all week to pick up the trash ,been on curb for 3 weeks said someone will call me back not yet
I've had them for three weeks they have picked up my trash once never left the 65 gallon trash can they said they would and never answer the phone not happy with there service
I've had the same issue, but never had their service. The previous tenants used them. I've been calling for months (leaving messages and speaking to someone on the phone) to have the barrels picked up and even asked the guy picking up trash for them to take them, but the barrels are still here. Most unprofessional service I have ever worked with.
Can I get this dumpster dumped I have to get my second shed mteededs I can use it please it is a eye sore and my fellow Keats friends are getting short with me and I am so like able we all know that is not true
