No inter serv doesn't help with gas for your car.

I don't know of any, and I'm sure it would depend on what you're needing gas for. Example, LogistiCare will reimburse you for gas to help pay for doctor visits to like Kansas City. And then bill that through your Medicaid. But if you just need any way to get to work, they have bus tickets.
