I am at the park right now as I'm typing this response.. This has been my getaway for the last couple of weeks because of the very few people I've seen on my trips here
Like most have said, it would be better to stay indoors during these times. If you do want to just make sure you carry hand sanitizer and don't forget to wash your hands and don't touch your face. Also don't be around other people too much, keep personal space and be aware of who is around you. You can wear a mask if you want to as an extra precaution.
On the one hand, parks are open spaces where you can find alone time. On the other, Hart Park specifically is well known and accessible so it may not be as alone as you think. I recommend finding a much less popular place to chill
