Ask manager first, always and everywhere, that's my advice. You can save on towing, or never live alone your truck. Moberly cool city with nice people, and ask walmart DC where to park. That's their problems, they should create waiting parking area, with toilets and safe building or shelter, if tornado happens.
The store manager may give permission. Could be why some park there. Always polite to ask the Walmart store manager

Yes you can park at the walmart overnight. There are signs but not enforced.
