Don't feel they are fair to low income families for their forever pets that they can make money for someones pet. That's rude and certainly not taking into consideration the population of dogs who needs a home, instead of taking special interest in making money on someone else's pets that belongs to the children in the home the dog grew up in.

made a facebook post about putting down over 10 dogs, said they can’t lower adoption fees tho bc they would lose profit… if the dogs are dying anyway what profit are you losing? i live in a town close and hear bad things about this place all the time. may those dogs seen only as a way to make money rest easy. personally i prefer to support shelters who support the animals, won’t be supporting this place any time soon.

I just had to bail my poodle out last Monday... there is a sign on the door that states they do not accept cats... it's a shelter for dogs only.
Under 18 needs parental consent as someone of legal age has to sign the volunteer form. If you are over 18 you can sign for yourself.
Anytime I've wanted to take my kids or any of my disabled clients there, I just called ahead of time and made an appointment with them. They love people coming in
