Came here again to give it another shot. I was again told they are too busy to help me I said fine I will wait.So I finally get helped it was fine the nails came out nice. Broke a nail I come back and again am told they are too busy to fix ONE nail

Queen Nails I'd say is the best in Yucca Valley so they are all ways busy if your going to walk in. Appointment is deffinitly recommended.

They are a very busy shop and appointments are always recommended. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for 5+ years and typically make an appointment for my monthly mani/pedi about a week in advance, because I want a specific nail technician (Tienie for mani & Mai for pedi) and a specific time/date spot. I spend 2 - 3 hours here monthly and watch as they constantly try to accommodate walk-ins even when they are slammed.

They are busy, pricy too. My fill cost me more than the original full set... The work is alright, but not worthy of the inflated price...
