Has anyone else had issues purchasing tickets online with a gift card? A window keeps popping up saying my card is not found, but when I check my balance online it is found AND theres is a substantial balance.

You'd have to check with your giftcard maybe its not good for that theater otherwise try different option when putting in info?

Sara- definitely a HP gift card. It has their logo on it plus I've used it at the box office. Rachel- I called and left a message. It's been 5 hrs havent gotten call back. I ended up going to the box office and buying my tickets in person. Joe - I think thats VERY good advice! Thanks anyway 🙂
