You need to pick an artist and apeak with them. Everyone will hsbe different schedules and if you have a specific thing you want drawn, it may take time. If you walk in with no appointment, you will be waiting from 0 minutes to a couple hours. They can get very busy.

U could take your design in and they'll do it I took a pic on my phone and they drew the same design I was really happy with it they're very professional
