i came in to buy some new jewelry for my philtrum piercing. they said it would be $57 and i was okay with that and picked out a plain rhinestone. after picking it out they invited me back to put it in and i didn't think anything of it. got the piercing in and glanced in the mirror and thought it was fine. when i went to check out the price had jumped to $83 + tip. i didn't have enough money since i thought it would be maybe $65 at most. the jewelry was already in my face and the service was done and i didn't know what to do so i panicked asked a friend for money and just paid and left. at first i thought it was insane taxes and then my friend pointed out they probably charged me to change the piercing too. i would've changed the jewelry myself if i knew they were gonna charge me for it. everyone was nice and professional and the space was clean, overall good experience that probably would've been fixed if i had asked questions. just some miscommunication and i'm not sure what to do in this situation.

Hi there. For 4 total piercings the cost is $120 excluding jewelry. You might want to take into account lifestyle considerations, as healing cartilage piercings on both ears can be difficult, especially if you sleep on either of your sides at all. Hope that helps!

We do not offer industrial piercings on anyone under the age of 18. For individuals over 18, the industrial is anatomy specific so typically we like to have a consultation before booking an appointment.
No, there is no such thing as parental consent when it comes to tattoos and minors. Legally, they must be 18 in Illinois.
For piercings we start off with implant grade stainless steel as well as titanium and depending on the piercing have solid 14k gold options.

Tattoo pricing varies depending on design, size, and placement. To get estimates it is best to come into the shop and speak with a tattoo artist directly. We are open from 12-10pm 7 days a week.
Earlobe piercing we can perform at 8 years old. Body piercing such as cartilage and nostril piercings at 16 above the neck, all with parent/guardian present with proper documentation. Everything else is 18 and up.

We have to have a government issued ID such as a license or passport in order for you to get pierced or tattooed.
We take walk-ins every day and we are open from 12-10pm, 7 days a week. Walk-ins are first come, first served. We are typically able to take most of our walk-ins same day.
We only do tongue piercings on anyone 18 years old and up. We will be happy to pierce you when you turn 18. Thank you, CTC
Hello Justine, We only pierce with needles and do not use guns. Guns are unable to be sterilized and we follow strict sterilization practices with experienced piercers.
