I am certain that the best option for finding a bill changer would very likely be a local bank or credit union. Otherwise, most fast food places and restaurants do not unless you are closer to the Border than here.

I don't know what you mean but i don't recall seeing anything like that but im sure if you wanted two fives for a ten they would be glad to help you out! They have awesome costumer service there.
