I've completely changed this review because I found out that the person we made this review about originally was completely overwhelmed and overworked and short staffed therefore I do not take it to be completely her fault but Roxanne you have great potential don't let a rush hour defeat your customer service I changed this from a one-star to a three-star due to that factor. Don't take this review as a reason not to go there because like I said usually the food is amazing and the service is great.

I only come here because of the coupon on upside. Whenever I come here it is mostly empty and the employees are having awkward conversations that we have to listen to because there’s no music in the background. The food is always great though.

So we ordered on Wednesday 3/16 around 8 pm. By the time we got the food home they were closed. Ordered an avo club grilled chicken. Clearly, the chicken is raw. Also no avocado on an avocado club..Called the store spoke to Shawn the “gm” first of all he was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He basically told me we were scamming him for free food good thing we took pictures of the chicken before throwing it out. I asked him what he could do for us, his response? Come in and buy another sandwich yes because we definitely want another RAW grilled chicken sandwich from y’all. Horrendous customer service.
