Will the fountain be operational this coming December 2020? I was there spring time last year but it was shut off due to repair works.

If the winter weather is very cold then they risk the pipes freezing. I would expect there to be a chance that they are off in December.

I was there last week and it was not running. There was no repair sign so I really have no idea why it was not running.
