They have dim sum all the hours they're open, but they aren't open 24 hours a day.
They are not as good as they used to be. They stopped bringing the carts to your table, so now you have to order each dumpling without having seen it first. They are not quite as delicate as they used to be. Each time we've been there we just payed the bill without question, but upon later scrutiny we found that we were overcharged. Too bad..
No, they're closed at night
They aren't open 24 hours, like ^David Lam^ said. They do offer Fim Sum when they're open. It's very good and very fresh!
