Thank you for your inquiry. We sell our theatres to capacity and seating is first come, first served. Our point of sale system does not allow us to sell more tickets than there are seats in the auditorium. Therefore, you should always have a seat for the movie and showtime on your ticket. If you don't like the available seats when you enter the auditorium, then we will gladly refund your admission. Your ticket is only valid for the specific time on it. You do not automatically get to go to the next showtime. You would have to purchase a new ticket for that showtime. Please call the theatre line at 847-228-9909 if you need further assistance.
