Better than that the help you do get is wrong
Well Bruce you left out they weren't that busy to boot. Yes you are tight. They were much better and used to provide great service that Home Depot didn't do. Home Depot seems to have figured it out a bit better I the recent year. Better yet, go to ACE Hardware. Yes you may pay more but you'll get better (and more knowledgable) service.

They didn't have the part I wanted so they found it and had it shipped to me, gratis.
