I had bought a car air compreeser I believe either it was on ad in June or even July. I went to use it and does not seem to work well at all. Unfortunately I had the receipt in the car and can not find. Is there anything I can do. It was 12.99.

You should still be able to take it back! Just let them know you don't have the receipt.

I would suggest to contact the store manager by phone and tell them about your purchase and ask if there was anything that they could do for you. Maybe a store credit?
