If I put a hand gun on the 30 day layaway, and want to change it to a different firearm can I? And are there any fees to do this? And will the 30 day layaway reset or will whatever days that remained on the previous gun transfer over to the new gun?

A call in only lasts for 30 days. You can change your mind, but if the call in expires you will have to get a new one.
