I have been using Banfield for decades. I'm sure it is, still, due to covid; but the wait times are not reasonable when you have an appointment. Love the Banfield services, hate the unreasonable waits. It was.not always like this

Now we just do the drop off and pick up when the check up is done. There is no waiting for my experience since COVID.
