They do not sell pre owned wedding gowns, but do have some discontinued samples they can sell off the rack at a discounted price :) Most of their gowns are samples for dresses you special order!
Mine wasn't used. They used one to try on but then ordered it in my size. But I'm not sure if they sell used dresses. I don't think they do but I could be wrong!
