First and foremost, I'd like to say this was my second dress appointment during my search for a wedding dress, and it was my very first time in this particular bridal shop. As soon as I entered, me and my entourage were received with a very friendly welcome by a lady sitting at the front desk, whom I later discovered was the buyer! I went on a good day, since she is not there all the time, she was only visiting. During my appointment I was helped by Gabby, a young and professional sales rep who was very happy to sit down with me and ask about my wedding vision, and my gown do's and don'ts. She made sure I was comfortable during the appointment and she really advocated for me as the bride. When I saw the selection of dresses she brought in, I felt so heard. She really nailed what I had envisioned for my wedding dress, and for that I am truly thankful! A very friendly place with a cohesive group of wonderful ladies who help each other out. I even had other sales reps pass by and compliment me while trying out their dresses. I found my dress within the hour! And the buyer, the super nice lady who received us at the beginning, was happy to help me out and keep my dream dress within my budget, despite the fact that it was over my budget limit. It was such a smooth process, I had fun, they really listened to my needs, and I felt very welcome, seen, and heard. Thank you, Impression Bridal! <3
