Food horrible, service is worse an the owners wife is more than difficult to get along with. She is RUDE an acts like an owner that had to show up because help didn't show. I will never go back. I was highly insulted. I'm not a child. I am 67

I disagree we eat ther at least twice a month ,never had a bad meal,ate lunch ,breakfast and dinner there,owners are the nicest people always a smile and time for a short visit, wait staff polite and helpfull,I will eat there next weekend on our way to albuq

Well next time you feel like throwing a fit and throwing stuff around the restaurant you might think about it you're on camera bein the highly insultful immature person throwing things around

I had a wonderful breakfast at the cafe this morning (2018-April-18). People were polite and professional; Huevos Rancheros was cooked flawlessly, to my request, promptly. The red chili sauce was quite good, and better than many other cafes in the region. Coffee was also good, as was the price of the meal. Tables and area were clean and comfortable. It appears this "Carla Gerrard" cannot spell simple English words correctly, nor write a cogent or complete sentence. Given the poor literacy displayed, one might wonder if he or she was disruptive or rude or abusive. Though I have never worked at a customer service job, my observation has been that ~99% of the time it is the customers who are rude, and not the wait staff, nor the owners of the restaurants I have been in. It is also my observation that it is impossible to satisfy people who are dim of wit.

I have been there once since the new ownership and received delicious food and great service. The food is very fresh and the restaurant is very clean. The owner (or she might be the manager) was welcoming and friendly. The only thing I miss is that the previous owner had blue corn items on the menu, which I love.

I have to also disagree with this review. I had good service & good food when I visited this establishment. Construction at that time was a little bit inconvenient, but I don't blame the restaurant for that . I thought their prices were a little higher than I expected but, not out of line.
