It does matter. You have too let the staff at the front know who you have an appt. With so your given too them. It's possible that it was over looked or possible that the person taking the appt. Didn't mark it down properly. It's rare for that too happen but were all human and mistakes can be made. They would normally give you the tech you made an appointment with unless They were out sick but in that case they would tell you. Better luck next time. I've only had mostly positive experiences there.
it absolutely should. I am a guest there for many year's. Always the same.its good for a while...but then. The last person I had was Ben..when he is back from vacation I give him another try. He is about the only one I like.
