So…I’ve gone to this establishment maybe 3-5 times. Service was decent and prices are fairly decent as well. Never an issue with how my nails looked but I’ve had this one issue both times I went to Leo. Although he gave me exactly what I asked for, Ashe placed the acrylic on my nails and the acrylic set/hardened my nails were burning soooooo bad! And in my head I’m thinking “okay the acrylic is just hardening so tightening will happen” but my nails have never ever burned at all whenever I visited another establishment. Every occasion that I was serviced by anyone at Nails 2k they filed my nails sooo incredibly thin and they were very rough with my cuticles. I’ve had the toughest time removing my acrylic nails as well. And then I did some research because surely acrylic removal shouldn’t take 3 hours…When the proper(EMA) acrylic/monomer is used and soaking the nails in acetone, removal should take 15-20 mins and it should really just flake off. That was not my situation. Anytime I removed my nails it was very sticky and took me hours to remove it. Which leads me to believe they are using MMA. Which is a very illegal substance and should not be used on nails. It can cause substantial damage to not only your nails but your hands and skin as well! I’m disappointed that we are supposed to trust these establishments and they put us in danger each time they use it. Do better.

The staff is fast & professional! The technician who helped me was kind and meticulous about her work. She asked me every step of the way if I was content with her work, color style etc. It's a little more $ then other salons but worth it!

Fs with regular color is from $25 and up depends on how long and sharp of your nails set. Re-fill with regular color is $20 and up. If you upgrade with gel colors, it is add $15 more. Thanks for your interesting. Nails 2K salon
It does matter. You have too let the staff at the front know who you have an appt. With so your given too them. It's possible that it was over looked or possible that the person taking the appt. Didn't mark it down properly. It's rare for that too happen but were all human and mistakes can be made. They would normally give you the tech you made an appointment with unless They were out sick but in that case they would tell you. Better luck next time. I've only had mostly positive experiences there.
Hi Charles, the regular Manicure is $14, regular Pedicure is $25. And the combo price is $37. For the gel polish is $60 for combo. Thanks!
