November seventh 2020 is my daughters birthday does anyone know if the butterflies will be there in clusters ? Is it worth the 2 hour drive ? I know the beach is beautiful regardless but butterflies would be amazing 😊

Depending on the seasonal variations yes you might catch a big array of butterflies especially since californias fires,slowed the migration down.I hope your family vacation is fun either way..
