Depends on who you have service with. I have atnt and I can normally pull my cameras up. Also if you call in and have backstreet remote log into your system they can tweek some setting to make it run smoother.
Yes, any delays is always the upload speed of your location. It happens often. A minimum of 5mps upload is required for fluid remote viewing. Hope this helps.
