Do they sell cooking rock salt

I've seen it there, also haves seem the pink Himalayan rock salt in BigLots

I have a 2 questions, 1 what is Rick salt? 2 can one use it if they have high blood pressure? I never use salt in my foods at all.

Honestly I do not know that answer.

i've seen sea salt and iodized but i think they do have rock salt too

I know they are selling several kinds of cooking salts but not sure about rock salt
