They have a room with soft items and floor for little ones. Not a lot for your 7 month old.
If you have a membership it take the price from 10 to 5 dollars and is 35 dollars (last I looked). So it really depends on how many times you plan on going will it make that a deal. Also on black Friday you can get deals on memberships. Last year I got the membership and a 35 dollar gift card.

If they are with younger siblings, they my enjoy it, but it is really for younger children. But it all depends on how mature your child is.
