Why does the Tradewinds Plaza look so worn out and beat up? Can somebody invest in cleaning, painting, and beautifying this plaza? Dropping tons of mulch on common areas does not fix the obvious disrepair and dirty common areas.

It was better before Irma.The keys have been having trouble getting people to come work a d fix up

I have lived 4 yrs across from Trade Winds Plaza here in Key Largo why continue to blame Hurricane Irma for the way this shopping plaza looks this plaza has never looked great before the hurricane actually the hurricane did no damage to this plaza I can assure that i worked at the plaza this plaza has always looked abandoned not only that a place where you have tourist from all around the world coming to this place it should get UPGRADED give it color lets bring good stores in we have so many vacant stores at this plaza you have Kmart which sucks i feel like im walking into a Huge Dollar Tree store then you have the Drivers License stores down a Library from way way back in the days Bealls which i have called it to the managers attention roaches crawling through the clothes Publix which is ok but womens bathroom always has a stinky smell lets bring some good stores to this plaza and upgrade this place

They did go through Hurricane Irma not too long ago.
