Are they legit company and is it worth it going through these guys do they really help you with your credit and why did I need credit card information up for it how come when you reach back out no one answers these are all questions and concerns

Can i please have a phone number of someone that will actually help me. Please not the woman that usually answers the phone as she us rude and sarcastic. She blocked my last payment. I have no idea where my account stands.

This company is a joke. The customer service team including the managers consist of ghetto females that don't speak proper English , and are extremely rude. I plan on getting in contact with the higher ups to let them know how ghetto and unprofessional the face of their company is.
