Bruh. You Google it and it's like 3 times at least mentioned in the last 4 years. 2 being in the last like 1-2 years.
From what I can tell it's either one time or 2 times all you have to do is a simple Google search news has covered every time and usually state a reason the reason I say one or twice is simply because I can't remember if the last one was 2017 or 2012 so if it was 2017 it's make 2 but if it was 2012 it's one in 5 year going off the scale you are asking about most time stuff like that happens its human error not faulty buildings
