Obviously you can park underground. But if you choose to park on south temple or main street you can pay little for a meter stall. But honestly it's is safer to go underneath. There is an entrance on 100 south, state st, west temple and south temple.
They've increased the parking time at City Creek to 2 free hours and 2 dollars an hour after that.
Underground @ Citicreek or church temple parking. City creek is free for the first hour or with store validation. I believe you can enter underground off of south Temple near the Joseph Smith memorial building. Also one @ West temple west side of the conference center. There are more, and a few above ground parking spots near merchant street above ground. The rest is paid street side
